Preparedness can help
A private assistant may legitimately need a detailed account to understand a difficult request. Removing too much can erase the condition that makes its advice useful. The question is not whether a prompt should always be smaller. It is what this recipient is authorized to receive for this purpose.
Enough detail for this recipient
Imagine an assistant arranging a meeting. A private family situation explains why someone is available after four, with a day's notice. The assistant may have permission to use that account privately. That permission does not automatically extend to the other participants.
Sharing only “after four” would lose an important constraint. Sharing the whole family account would reveal more than the meeting requires. An authorized availability statement can retain both the time and notice requirement while leaving the private explanation out.
Persona and regulator contexts can also differ. Each component needs an appropriate basis for receiving evidence in its own role. Calling something a regulator does not give it unrestricted access, and keeping information out of a visible reply does not mean it stayed out of the model's input.
Pause here: What information preserves the person's real constraint, and who needs permission to receive it?
Keep the boundary through assembly
The Memory specification describes qualification by ownership, visibility, temporal applicability, authority, and purpose before admission. The regulator design describes additional context that can be requested within an authorization ceiling.
Those boundaries must survive summaries and further retrieval. Omitting a source's name while repeating its sensitive contents does little for discretion. If adequate information remains unavailable, explain the relevant limitation without revealing the protected account or pretending the gap has been filled.
My answer: Include context justified for the task and authorized for its recipient, with enough detail to avoid a misleading simplification. Possible usefulness does not license wider disclosure. Appropriate admission still leaves accuracy and faithful use to be checked.
