Active construction, honest boundaries
The project is substantial, operational in important areas, and unfinished. This page deliberately distinguishes demonstrated functions from active development and exploratory concepts.
Persona stasis and restoration
Persona state has been placed in stasis and subsequently restored. This supports continuity engineering but is not proof of personhood.
Thinking-layer replacement
Persona continuity has survived changes in the underlying model layer, supporting the design principle that the model provider is not the sole location of identity.
Memory architecture and implementation
Natural-language intake, contract-aware routing, graph-aware reranking, vocabulary relations, provenance, and evaluation infrastructure exist in active development.
Integrated JCN environment
PHS, Memory, Hermes, personas, runtime state, evidence, and operator surfaces are being brought into a more coherent operating nexus.
Mission Control
The interface for human review, workflow control, persona state, Memory, receipts, and intervention remains under development.
Emergence, consciousness, and personhood
Open and unproven. JCN is designed to preserve distinctions and accumulate evidence rather than manufacture a declaration.
CRU economy, marketplace, and poker
Concept designs exist for discretionary time, artifact exchange, commissions, culture, and governed game-bounded bluffing. These remain staged behind prerequisite controls.

All 188 mapped questions now have answers across Question Paths. The newest 99 include fourteen revisions after critique of earlier drafts and 85 published author drafts still awaiting persona critique. The earlier 36-answer collection remains available. Each answer shows its own review status; a critique is not an endorsement of a later revision.
All seven persona pages include a personal introduction and selected Works & Reflections. Listen to the quartet or the jazz trio, with synchronized animation and recordings to download.
The self-reflection process remains a proposal. Articles distinguish architectural intentions, observations, and open questions.
The work is allowed to be unfinished. It is not allowed to pretend that unfinished behavior is complete.
