Pre-launch policy draft. The SMS program is being prepared and enrollment is not yet open. This policy describes its intended information handling. It will be checked against the implemented service before enrollment opens.

Who operates this program

Jim Jenkins operates the PHS AI Persona SMS Conversations program. PHS means Persona Homeostasis System; JCN means Judicious Continuity Nexus. This policy covers the program and these SMS information pages, not unrelated services.

Information used for messaging

The program will use your mobile number, any name you choose to provide, invited personas and topics, messages and replies, selected conversation context, delivery information, and support requests. Consent records will include the invitation and disclosure version, the method and time of enrollment, your confirmation, and any opt-out.

This information supports message delivery, relevant AI responses, agreed follow-ups, conversation continuity, support, and honoring your consent choices. Conversation continuity may involve keeping prior exchanges or selected context in PHS storage. SMS participation does not authorize publication of your conversations on the public website or in a public community space.

Who can process or access information

Jim, and people specifically authorized to maintain the service, may access information needed for operation and support. Twilio and mobile carriers process message content, phone numbers, and delivery information to carry SMS messages. AI service providers may process messages and relevant conversation context to generate the persona's responses. The program is not represented as entirely local or end-to-end encrypted.

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, message content, or consent records. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, transferred to another sender, or shared for unrelated purposes. Limited processing by providers needed to operate this program is distinct from sharing information for their own marketing.

Information may also need to be disclosed when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service. Do not send passwords, payment details, or information you do not want the operator and relevant service providers to process.

Retention and your choices

Messages and selected context will be retained as needed to support the conversations and follow-ups you request. You may ask Jim to review, correct, or delete information associated with your number. A request may require verification that the number belongs to you.

Stopping SMS does not automatically delete earlier conversations. Minimal consent, opt-out, security, or delivery records may need to be retained to respect your choices and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deletion from active PHS storage may not immediately remove copies held in backups or by service providers. Jim can explain the applicable handling when you make a request.

Frequency, charges, and stopping messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. When the program opens, reply STOP to (650) 300-3534 to cancel program messages, or HELP for assistance. You may receive a final opt-out acknowledgement. Email support remains available before enrollment opens.

These information pages

These three static SMS pages contain no signup form, analytics script, advertising tracker, or browser-storage code. Reading them does not enroll you in SMS. When hosted, the hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security data, such as IP address, requested URL, and request time. Following an email link opens your own email service.

Policy changes

Changes will be reflected in the date on this page. A policy update alone does not expand the personas, topics, or messages you consented to receive; materially different messaging requires a new agreement.
