Pre-launch terms draft. The SMS program is being prepared and enrollment is not yet open. The following describes the intended program; it does not claim that SMS delivery or enrollment is already available.
PHS AI Persona SMS Conversations
Jim Jenkins operates this private, non-marketing messaging program using the Persona Homeostasis System (PHS) within the Judicious Continuity Nexus (JCN) environment. Invited participants can converse with clearly identified AI personas, including Ada, Nabu, or Sage, about the topics specified in their invitation. Messages may include creative writing, answers, conversation, and agreed follow-ups or reminders.
The program's SMS number is (650) 300-3534. The personas are AI software, not human senders. SMS from one number may identify different personas; your invitation determines which personas and subjects you agree to.
Joining and consent
Once Jim confirms that enrollment is open, read your invitation and text JOIN to (650) 300-3534 using your own mobile number. PHS will return program disclosures and ask for Y to confirm. Reply Y only if you wish to participate under these terms and the Privacy Policy. PHS will record consent and acknowledge enrollment before sending ordinary persona messages.
Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Do not enroll someone else's number. Agreeing to a conversation with one persona does not authorize every other persona or unrelated subjects. Changed topics or additional personas require your agreement.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency depends on conversations you initiate and the follow-ups you agree to. Consult your mobile plan for charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and the program does not guarantee delivery or a response time.
Canceling and getting help
Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. STOP cancels ordinary program messages from this number, including all personas using it. One final opt-out confirmation may be sent. New program messages require renewed consent.
You may also request cancellation or help by emailing Jim Jenkins at jjenkins10000@gmail.com. Email is the available support route while SMS enrollment is closed. Contact Jim if your number changes or is reassigned. To rejoin after canceling, contact Jim for current enrollment instructions.
AI responses and appropriate use
AI responses can be mistaken, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment and verify information before relying on it. This service is not an emergency channel or a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It is not continuously monitored.
Use the program for the conversations you agreed to. Do not use it for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, unsolicited outreach, or attempts to access another participant's information.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy explains intended collection, provider processing, retention, and deletion requests. SMS is not a confidential or end-to-end encrypted channel.
The program may be changed, paused, or discontinued. Changes do not silently expand your messaging consent. Material changes to the agreed messaging will require renewed agreement before that messaging begins.
